Conference fees
Detailed information about the conference fees
for participants and accompanying persons can be found at the
participants registration form.
Note that the fee depends on the payment date —
payments made after April 30 are subject to higher rates.
The registration fee includes:
- welcome party,
- participation at all sessions,
- conference materials,
- coffee and beverages during two breaks each day,
- lunches each day.
The registration fee does not include accommodation.
Accommodation
A variety of hotels of different standards and locations in Gdańsk
remain to the participants' choice, see e.g.
the web pages of the town for details.
In three of them, located in the vicinity of the conference place,
accommodation is offered at special conference rates.
Detailed information about the hotels' locations, room standards and prices
can be found at the local organizers' web pages.
Participants may reserve rooms at these hotels while registering at the participants registration page.
